This workshop is a beginners introduction to the concept and practice of shapeshifting. We will undertake a guided journey into Otherworld, focussing on the connections to Upper, Middle and Lower world. We will reflect on the shape we assume in Otherworld and bring that back into the world through the creation of a mask.
All materials will be provided.
